Computer Shit Death.
I just fucked my old computer. I think it's toast and that means no machine on which to play civ.

With the machine running and the cover open, I picked it up and moved it and it powered off.

When I tried rebooting I got BSOD a couple of times. My hard drive wasn't booting, so I'm thinking that I power crashed it (luckilly I have a second hard drive in there with pictures and good shit I want to save backed up on it).

Then I laid it down sideways and simultaneously knocked the mouse recharged into the open innards. Now it's powerless :(

Boo-urns. I liked that fucking machine. It was the doooook and wreny Morrowind machine :(

EDIT: It's powering again, but it's not booting. Anybody know how to resurect a harddrive that's powercrashed? I don't think there's a physical problem with the device, but I'd love to save the data on it without just blowing a new install of Windows over everything.

Perhaps if I fail, I'll make this into a linux machine...
